Here at Aggieland Aesthetics we know that all time is valuable. Our cancellation policy is strict to ensure that we can provide a timely and fulfilling experience for every client, every day.

We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Failure to cancel your appointment in that time frame will result in a late cancellation fee that is applied to your credit card on file.

If cancelled within 48 hours, the fee is 25% of the service booked.

If cancelled within 24 hours, the fee is 50% of the service booked.

Same day cancellations or missed appointments without communication will result in a fee of 100% of the service charged to your credit card on file.

Late arrivals cause schedule delays for those clients who arrive promptly at their appointment time. Late arrivals will be worked into the schedule if time allows, and depending how late they are, time will be lost on the appointment.

Late arrivals that cannot be worked in will be charged a Late Arrival Fee of 25% of the service booked.

If you have purchased a treatment package, same day cancellations will result in forfeiture of one session credit.

VIP members who need to cancel or reschedule their treatment with same day notice will lose their credit for that month. VIP members who repeatedly cancel their appointments with less than 48 hours notice (three times within a twelve month period) will lose a monthly credit.

All fees will be automatically applied to your card on file at the time of cancellation

  • If you’re interested in a skin care regimen, you can request Heather build you one via email. All we will need from you are photos of your skin in good light (make-up free) and some details about your concerns and goals!

    We will email you an invoice, and once paid send you a questionnaire and request your photos! Our custom regimen turnaround time is currently three business days.

  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for in-store credit

  • All new clients will receive 10% off of product purchasing on the day of the consultation.

  • We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300-$1000 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. Heather prefers for each and every one of her clients to be on a full regimen curated by her, for optimal results.

    Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment.

    Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, Heather will most likely start you off with products that fit your price range and will schedule you next for a treatment.

    We work with all budgets big or small, but be prepared to invest in your skin!

  • We ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointments, as seating is limited and we are still minimizing exposure to others in the spa. Additionally, we request that you absolutely do not bring children into the spa.

  • Due to Heather’s limited availability and ongoing waitlist we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more consecutive appointments.

    Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.

  • To purchase DMK products, simply send us an email, call or DM on Instagram and we will send you an invoice to purchase the product if you’re an established client.

    New clients wishing to purchase DMK will need to email us concerning a custom regimen so we can ensure the integrity of your skin.
